Welcome to NAIM. This site is available to you free of charge and of unwarranted advertising, save that from our sponsors, Diagonal Solutions Limited. We hope you find the content useful to you. We currently have over 50 items, with content from Primary Care Trusts and Local Government in our resources section. Click on the Members Tab above and then Resources Tab to access the Resources section. Remember, if you have content you would like added to our resources page, you can now upload it yourself or contact us to discuss your content at contact us.

New Members

Registration is always easier when using a business e-mail address and public service addresses such as .gov.uk, .ac.uk, .nhs etc. Where personal e-mail addresses are provided we will usually require confirmation of your reasons for joining. Acceptable categories do not include casual interest or non related information management functions. Private consultants, public services, HE/FE, commercial providers are all welcome to join. Users must not advertise their services without the prior authority of NAIM. Users must not provide links to their own business web site save authorised sponsors. This ensures content is relevant to issues of debate/interest.

Naim is now working to develop a functional relationship with the Records Management Society http://www.rms-gb.org.uk. More will be reported as this develops.


Once your registration has been approved, usually within a day or so, you will then be able to access the resources area which contains content provided by practitioners for practitioners. You can also post questions etc to the forum and be notified of any answers. This forum is unlike JISC in that membership is strictly controlled and content is monitored.

Data Protection Statement

The information you submit will be used by the NAIM system administrator for the purposes of issuing and administering your NAIM user account. Your Login Name, Email Address, Organisation and Organisations Website Address and Joining Date will also be published on a Member list, which is available to anyone who joins the NAIM forum.
